We understand things may not work out. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange a purchased product, please reach out through our contact page. You will need to include your order number + "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. Let us know which products you'd like to return/exchange and leave a small description of why B's Treats didn't work out + any other info you'd like to include!
We offer returns up to 10 days after your treats have been delivered for packs that contain at least 90% of it's original contents and exchanges up to 10 days after delivery for un-opened packs you'd like to return.
*Please note that exchanges can only be preformed with products that are of equal value to the original product purchased.*
The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return label - Once you have sent us a return/exchange request through our contact tab, you can purchase your return label by ordering "shipping for missed pick up". Once your return/exchange request has been sent and shipping cost has been purchased, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your return label.
You will be allotted 2 business days to mail back your product once your return label has been emailed to you. Once we have recieved the returned product we will determine if it's eligible for a refund or exchange.
*ALL PRODUCT IS SUBJECT TO FINAL APPROVAL BEFORE RETURN/EXCHANGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
*BAGS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN AT LEAST 90% OF IT'S ORIGINAL CONTENTS AND/OR CONTAIN CONTENTS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A REFUND.
*OPENED BAGS, BAGS THAT CONTAIN ALTERATIONS TO THE CONTENTS, OR DAMAGED PRODUCT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR AN EXCHANGE.
Once we have accepted and finalized your return, we will submit a full refund to the payment method you used upon checkout.
Once we have accepted and finalized your exchange, we will send you an email containing your personalized exchange form. On your form, you will be provided with product options that are of equal value to the originally purchased product, as well as how many options you may choose given your exchange. From here - simply respond with which product(s) from the given options you'd like to recieve in exchange! Please allow 3-5 business days for your new treats to be processed, you will recieve an email within this time frame containing your new tracking number.
